About us
St John’s House is located in the vibrant and culturally diverse area of Streatham. Overlooking the beautiful Streatham Common, we provide long-term supported housing for adults aged 18 to 65 with a range of physical disabilities.

Inspected and rated by the CQC
The Care Quality Commission (CQC) is the national independent regulator of all health and social care services in England.
They inspect and monitor care homes, nursing homes and supported housing where personal care is provided and produce reports about them, to help you find a service that suits you.
Staff at St Johns provide CQC-registered care and support. Our CQC-registered name is St Johns.

Am I eligible?
To be eligible for a place at St John’s House, applicants must:
- Have a physical disability and require 32 hours of support per week
- Be aged 18 or over
How do I apply?

We also accept referrals from Lambeth Council and any other London borough.
All support needs will be assessed before an application is accepted.
