About us
Set to open later this year, St John’s House is located in the vibrant and culturally diverse area of Streatham. Overlooking the beautiful Streatham Common, we provide long-term supported housing for adults aged 18 to 65 with a range of physical disabilities.

Accommodation
Location
Within walking distance of Streatham Common, shops, restaurants, and leisure facilities, as well as transport links for easy access to all of London’s top attractions.
Accommodation type
Spread over five floors, there are 14 unfurnished apartments, each with a single-occupancy bedroom, spacious living room, en-suite wet room and kitchen, with level access throughout. There is a lift to all floors.
Communal areas
A laundry room, kitchen, shared lounge and dining area. There is also a garden and secure car park for visitors.
Safety and security
A staff office on-site and a secure door access system to help ensure residents’ safety and security.
Technology
Communal WiFi and overhead hoist system installed in each apartment to support independence. Assistive technology, such as bed sensors, can be purchased at an additional cost.
Rental agreement type
All apartments are let on assured shorthold tenancy agreement.

Am I eligible?
To be eligible for a place at St John’s House, applicants must:
- Have a physical disability and require 32 hours of support per week
- Be aged 18 or over

We also accept referrals from Lambeth Council and any other London borough.
All support needs will be assessed before an application is accepted.
