Work experience

Our work experience placements in our retirement communities are perfect for students, recent graduates, or anyone looking to explore a new career path. These unpaid placements typically occur during holidays or as part of an educational course like Health and Social Care. You’ll work alongside our team, learning the ins and outs of daily operations, and it can help you make informed career decisions. It’s also a great way to build your CV and gain practical skills.

Volunteering

Whether you have a hobby like crafting or an interest in leading activities, our volunteer opportunities in our retirement communities are a great fit. Your time and efforts will make a significant difference in the lives of our residents. While volunteering is often a longer-term commitment, we also offer one-off placements for those who prefer shorter-term involvement. This flexibility allows you to participate according to your schedule.
