Technology and Innovation

Technology

Our technology enabled living team provides personalised solutions to help maintain or improve independence, through a range of telecare packages or working with the local service manager to find ways to enhance support or safety for customers.

In our retirement communities and at many of our residential care homes, customers’ apartments are fitted with a pull-cord which connects directly to the care team, providing reassurance that help is always at hand. Residents can also choose to have a separate pendant or wrist alarm, if needed.

For added peace of mind, additional technology support packages can be purchased from our Technology Enabled Living range – including memory support, falls support, independence support and others.
