We’ll provide a full induction and ongoing training to help you build a rewarding career with us. 

You’ll receive thorough training to make sure you have the skills and knowledge to provide high-quality care and support. This includes essential training for everyone, as well as specialist training tailored to each service and the people who live there. Topics include safeguarding, mental health first aid, and person-centred, trauma-informed care. 

Absolutely. We understand how important work-life balance is, so we offer flexible options, including full-time, part-time, and bank contracts. Whether you’re looking for regular hours or something more flexible, we encourage you to apply and share your preferences at interview.
