About us
Victoria Road has 10 fully furnished en-suite rooms, two emergency bedrooms and a one-bedroom move-on apartment.
We provide support for young people aged 16 to 25, who are homeless or at risk of homelessness and who require support to increase their confidence and develop their skills, so they can learn to live independently.
- Staff on-site 24 hours a day
- Short-term supported housing for up to two years
- Communal lounge, dining room, kitchen, gym and games room

Am I eligible?
To be eligible for a place at Victoria Road, applicants must:
- Be aged 16 to 25
- Require support to live independently
- Be homeless or at risk of homelessness and/or
- Be a looked-after child, an unaccompanied asylum seeker or a care-leaver
How do I apply?
We accept referrals from Hartlepool Borough Council. For an application form, please email HousingAdviceTeam@hartlepool.gov.uk. All support needs will be assessed before an application is accepted.
