Housing with support to help young people live their best life.
Sudbury Young People Supported Housing can support 14 vulnerable young people aged 16 to 24, who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.
- Our highly-trained staff are on-site various hours to suit residents’ needs, including overnight
- Short-term supported housing for up to two years
- Communal facilities include kitchens, lounges and gardens

Am I eligible?
To be eligible for a place at Sudbury Young People Supported Housing, applicants must:
- Aged 16 to 24
- Homeless or at risk of homelessness
- Willing to access housing-related support and engage with our services
- Assessed as low-risk and require low to medium level support
How do I apply?
We accept referrals from Suffolk County Council. To apply, please follow the instructions on the Suffolk County Council Housing Related Support page.
All support needs will be assessed before an application is accepted.
