About us
Set on the edge of Well Street Common, Park Lodge has 25 one-bedroom flats.
We provide support for adults aged 18 to 65, with a range of mental health needs.

Next to Well Street Common, just across from Victoria Park, with easy access to shops, cafés, public transport links including Bethnal Green and Mile End tube stations, Hackney College.

25 fully-furnished one-bedroom flats spread across three floors, with level access throughout the building.

A lounge, rehab kitchen, activity room, computer room, laundry and shared garden.
Safety and security
Staff office on-site, CCTV and a secure door access system help to ensure residents’ safety and security.

Free Wi-Fi in communal areas. Integrated intercom system for easy communication between staff and residents.
Rental agreement type
All apartments are let on an assured shorthold tenancy agreement.

Am I eligible?
To be eligible for a place at Park Lodge, applicants must:
- Be aged 18 to 65
- Have an assessed and recognised mental health need
- Be on an established treatment programme
- Be able to engage with the Recovery Star model or other treatments and interventions that promote recovery
How do I apply?
We accept referrals from Hackney Borough Council’s community mental health team.
All support needs will be assessed before an application is accepted.
