About us
Old Liverpool Road, Warrington, has 10 bedrooms in a shared house. We provide support for adults aged 18 and over, with a range of mental health needs.
Residents are encouraged to take control of their lives and build on their skills and strengths.
- Staff on-site during office hours, seven days a week
- Short-term supported housing for up to a year
- Communal lounge, kitchen, bathroom, laundry room and garden

Location
Close to Warrington town centre, within walking distance of shops, supermarkets, leisure facilities, parks and public transport links.
Accommodation type
10 fully-furnished bedrooms in a shared house. Two ground floor rooms have en-suite facilities.
Communal areas
A lounge, kitchen, bathroom, laundry room and garden, with Wi-Fi throughout.
Safety and security
Staff office on-site, CCTV and a secure door access system help to ensure residents’ safety and security.
Technology
We can provide assistive technology for extra safety and reassurance, which can be purchased at additional cost.
Rental agreement type
All rooms are let on a licence agreement.

Applying
Am I eligible?
To be eligible for a place at Old Liverpool Road, applicants must be:
- Aged 18 or over
- Have a diagnosed mental health need
- In receipt of a personal budget
How do I apply?
We accept referrals from the Adult Social Care and Mental Health Recovery teams at Warrington Borough Council.
All support needs will be assessed before an application is accepted.
