About us

Set in the seaside town of Brighton, Florence Road has seven self-contained one-bedroom apartments.

We provide housing management support for adults aged 18 and over, with a range of mental health needs, learning disabilities and physical disabilities.

  • Staff on-site 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday
  • Long-term low-level housing management support
  • Communal facilities including a garden and laundry room

Am I eligible?

To be eligible for a place at Florence Road, applicants must:

  • Be aged 18 or over
  • Have a mental health need, learning disability or physical disability
  • Be able to prove a connection to Brighton and Hove
  • Require low-level housing management support

How do I apply?

To apply directly, please complete the enquiry form below and ask for an application form. We also accept referrals from Brighton and Hove Council.

All support needs will be assessed before an application is accepted.

Referrals may also be accepted for tenants who are moving on from another local Sanctuary Supported Living service. All support needs will be assessed before an application is accepted.
