About us
At Ashfield Court, there are 16 one-bedroom flats. We provide personal care and support for adults aged 18 or over, who have mental health needs and low or medium level learning disabilities. Residents are encouraged to develop their confidence, skills and independence.
- Staff on-site during the day, with overnight concierge service
- Long-term supported housing with care
- Communal facilities including a lounge, laundry room, and courtyard area
Inspected and rated by the CQC
The Care Quality Commission (CQC) is the national independent regulator of all health and social care services in England.
They inspect and monitor care homes, nursing homes and supported housing where personal care is provided and produce reports about them, to help you find a service that suits you.
Staff at Ashfield Court provide CQC-registered care and support. Our CQC-registered name is Sanctuary Supported Living (Tees Valley Care Services).

Am I eligible?
To be eligible for a place at Ashfield Court, applicants must:
- Be aged 18 or over
- Have a mental health need or a low or medium level learning disability

To apply, please complete the enquiry form below and ask for an application form. We accept referrals from Darlington Borough Council.
All care and support needs will be assessed before an application is accepted.
