About us
Woodlea Avenue has eight ensuite rooms in a shared house with a communal kitchen and lounge.
We provide long-term supported housing for adults aged 18 and over, with low to moderate learning disabilities.

Location
A quiet residential area of Chester, within walking distance of shops, leisure facilities including Chester Zoo, parks and public transport links.
Accommodation type
A total of eight ensuite rooms over two floors. All part-furnished.
Communal areas
Kitchen, lounge area, laundry room and garden.
Safety and security
Staff office on-site during office hours and part-time at weekends. Out-of-hours telephone service and CCTV to ensure residents’ safety and security.
Technology
Free Wi-Fi in communal areas. We can provide assistive technology for extra safety and reassurance, which can be purchased at additional cost.
Rental agreement type
All accommodation is let on an assured shorthold tenancy agreement.

Am I eligible?
To be eligible for a place at Woodlea Avenue, applicants must:
- Be aged 18 or over
- Have a low to moderate learning disability
- Have a minimum of 10.5 support hours per week

We accept referrals from the Adult Learning Disabilities team at Cheshire West and Cheshire Council.
All care and support needs will be assessed before an application is accepted.
