About us
Located on the outskirts of Petersfield, Tilmore Gardens has 10 en-suite rooms in a shared house. We provide residential care and support for 10 adults aged 18 and over, with a range of learning disabilities. We also deliver care and support to residents at our supported living service Montserrat Road in Lee-on-Solent.

Inspected and rated by the CQC
The Care Quality Commission (CQC) is the national independent regulator of all health and social care services in England.
They inspect and monitor care homes, nursing homes and supported housing where personal care is provided and produce reports about them, to help you find a service that suits you.

Location
Both services are close to local amenities and public transport links. Tilmore Gardens is near to Petersfield Heath and Montserrat Road is by the seafront.
Accommodation type
10 en-suite rooms in a shared house at Tilmore Gardens and four bedrooms in a shared house at Montserrat Road. All rooms are fully-furnished.
Communal areas
Both services have a lounge, dining room, kitchen, bathroom and garden.
Safety and security
The on-site staff offices help to ensure residents’ safety and security.
Technology
Free Wi-Fi in communal areas. Tilmore Gardens has an integrated emergency pull cord alarm system throughout and personal pendant alarms are available. Bed sensors and door sensors help to maintain independence.
Rental agreement type
Rooms are let on a licence agreement at Tilmore Gardens and on an assured shorthold tenancy agreement at Montserrat Road.

To be eligible for a place at Tilmore Gardens or Montserrat Road, applicants must:
- Be aged 18 or over
- Have a learning disability
