About us
Sussex Avenue has six bedrooms spread across two attached bungalows: The Oaks and The Willows.
We provide care and support for adults aged 18 to 65, who have a range of learning and physical disabilities.
Our kind and caring team help residents achieve good emotional health and improve their wellbeing and quality of life.

Inspected and rated by the CQC
The Care Quality Commission (CQC) is the national independent regulator of all health and social care services in England.
They inspect and monitor care homes, nursing homes and supported housing where personal care is provided and produce reports about them, to help you find a service that suits you.
Staff at Sussex Avenue provide CQC-registered care and support. Our CQC-registered name is 26a The Oaks and 26b The Willows.

A residential area on the outskirts of Canterbury, within walking distance of shops, leisure facilities and public transport links.

Six bedrooms spread across two attached, self-contained bungalows.

A lounge, accessible kitchen, dining room, activity room, sensory room, accessible bathroom and level-access garden.
Safety and security
Staff office on-site, CCTV and a secure door access system help to ensure residents’ safety and security.
Technology
Free Wi-Fi in communal areas. Integrated emergency pull cord alarm system throughout and personal pendant alarm available. A hoist system, bed sensors and door sensors help to maintain independence.
Rental agreement type
All apartments are let on an assured shorthold tenancy agreement.
