About us
Set in the heart of Ketley Millennium Village, Oleander House has 12 one-bedroom apartments.
We provide care and support for adults with a range of learning disabilities, encouraging them to develop their skills and live as independently as possible.

Inspected and rated by the CQC
The Care Quality Commission (CQC) is the national independent regulator of all health and social care services in England.
They inspect and monitor care homes, nursing homes and supported housing where personal care is provided and produce reports about them, to help you find a service that suits you.
Staff at Oleander House provide CQC-registered care and support. Our CQC-registered name is Sanctuary Supported Living (Oleander House)

Am I eligible?
To be eligible for a place at Oleander House, applicants must:
- Be aged 18 or over
- Have a learning disability, dual diagnosis or acquired brain injury
- Require a minimum of 14 hours of care per week
How do I apply?
We accept referrals from Telford and Wrekin Council. All care and support needs will be assessed before an application is accepted.
