About us
Located in the centre of New Milton and within walking distance of the seafront, at Old Milton Road we provide care and support for adults aged 18 and over, with a range of learning disabilities.
We also deliver care and support to residents at our nearby service on Manor Road.

Inspected and rated by the CQC
The Care Quality Commission (CQC) is the national independent regulator of all health and social care services in England.
They inspect and monitor care homes, nursing homes and supported housing where personal care is provided and produce reports about them, to help you find a service that suits you.

Five one-bedroom flats. Each flat has a bedroom, an open-plan kitchen, lounge, diner, and bathroom.

The on-site staff office helps to ensure residents’ safety and security.

An emergency pull cord alarm system is fitted throughout the buildings, and personalised assistive technology is available. Free Wi-Fi in communal areas.

Individual flats are let on an assured shorthold tenancy agreement.
