About us
Nickleby Road has 18 bedrooms spread across five shared houses and provides supported housing. Berwick Avenue has three bedrooms in a shared house, providing a short-term move-on service for residents who have lower support needs.
Staff support adults aged 18 to 65, with a range of learning disabilities.

Accommodation
Location
Three schemes across Chelmsford, within walking distance of shops, supermarkets, a cinema, parks, colleges, cinemas and public transport links.
Accommodation type
A total of 21 part-furnished single-occupancy bedrooms within six shared houses.
Communal areas
All the shared houses have a lounge, dining room, kitchen and bathroom. Residents also have access to an activity room and a large shared garden.
Safety and security
Staff office on-site, an out-of-hours service and secure door access system help to ensure residents feel safe and secure.
Technology
Communal WiFi is available to all residents in all communal areas.
We can provide assistive technology for additional safety and reassurance, which can be purchased at additional cost.
Rental agreement type
All rooms are let on an assured shorthold tenancy agreement.

To be eligible for a place at Nickleby Road, applicants must:

Be referred with a care plan, support package and risk assessment
