About us

Nickleby Road has 18 bedrooms spread across five shared houses and provides supported housing. Berwick Avenue has three bedrooms in a shared house, providing a short-term move-on service for residents who have lower support needs.

Staff support adults aged 18 to 65, with a range of learning disabilities.

To be eligible for a place at Nickleby Road, applicants must:

  • Be referred with a care plan, support package and risk assessment

  • Live within the county of Essex

  • Be aged 18 to 65

  • Have a diagnosed or recognised learning disability
