About us
Cotton House is a three-bedroom house. We provide housing management support for adults aged 18 and over, with learning disabilities and autism, encouraging them to develop their skills and live as independently as possible.
- Low-level housing management support for up to two years
- Staff on-site at the adjacent Shaftesbury Court
- Communal lounge-diner, kitchen, utility room, shower and garden

A two-storey shared house with three unfurnished single-occupancy bedrooms.

The staffed office at Shaftesbury Court helps to ensure residents feel safe and secure.

We can provide assistive technology for extra safety and reassurance, which can be purchased at additional cost.
Rental agreement type
All bedrooms are let on an assured shorthold tenancy agreement.

Am I eligible?
To be eligible for a place at Cotton House, applicants must:
- Be aged 18 or over
- Have a learning disability or autism
- Require low-level housing management support
How do I apply?
To apply directly, please complete the enquiry form below and ask for an application form. We also accept referrals from all local authorities, including Buckinghamshire County Council.
