About us
Cleves Road has 12 self-contained one-bedroom apartments. We provide support for adults aged 18 and over, with a range of learning disabilities, encouraging them to develop their skills and live as independently as possible.

Location
A residential area of East Ham, within walking distance of shops, leisure facilities, West Ham football club and public transport links, including Upton Park tube station.
Accommodation type
12 fully-furnished one-bedroom apartments, each with a bedroom, lounge/diner, fitted kitchen and accessible shower room.
Communal areas
All residents have access to the level-access communal garden.
Safety and security
Staff office on-site, CCTV and a secure door access system help to ensure residents feel safe and secure.
Technology
Free Wi-Fi in communal areas. We can provide assistive technology for extra safety and reassurance, which can be purchased at additional cost.
Rental agreement type
All apartments are let on an assured shorthold tenancy agreement.

To be eligible for a place at Cleves Road, applicants must:
- Be aged 18 or over
- Have a learning disability

We accept referrals from Newham London Borough Council.
All support needs will be assessed before an application is accepted.
