Our services
We support young people aged between 16 and 25 by encouraging them to focus on their strengths and build positive support networks to achieve their aspirations, whether that is returning to education, finding meaningful work or making new friendships.
Our services specialise in supporting young people facing homelessness, including those who are:
-
Care leavers or looked after children (over 16)
-
Overcome addiction
-
Young parents
-
Experiencing family or relationship breakdown

We’re all about creating a safe space for children and young people, including those aged 16 or over, who are looked after or leaving care. With regular support from our teams, they can gain the essential life skills which make the transition to adulthood a little smoother. We also want to ensure that we’re consistently meeting high standards of quality in the supported housing services we provide. As part of this, some of our services are in the process of being registered with Ofsted.
When Ofsted inspects one of our services, you’ll be able to find information about the inspection and its findings on the service’s web page. If you want to know more about a specific service for children and young people, search our website using the service name. Alternatively, you can find young persons services in your area.
We also offer move-on services to help residents find and maintain their own independent accommodation and floating support or community outreach services where we provide one-to-one or group support to young people in the community (who don’t live in our properties).
Tailored support
All support is tailored to each person’s individual needs, through a structured care and support plan, which uses the Young Person’s Star model to encourage each person to take control of their lives and work towards achieving their personal goals. Support is focused on eight areas:
