Homelessness

Our services

We support adults who have experienced or are at risk of homelessness, and who may also need to overcome a dependence on addictive substances.

We do this in a number of ways with:

  • Supported housing

  • Preventative outreach work

  • Resettlement support

  • Floating support services

Tailored support

We achieve this through collaborative support, using the Home Star, which builds self-confidence alongside the skills needed to become self-reliant.

Support focuses on 10 areas:

  • Motivation and taking responsibility

  • Self-care and living skills

  • Managing money and personal administration

  • Managing tenancy and accommodation

  • Social networks and relationships

  • Physical health

  • Emotional and mental health

  • Meaningful use of time

  • Drug and alcohol misuse

  • Offending
