About us
Defoe Court has 21 studio flats. We provide support for young people aged 16 to 25, who are homeless or at risk of homelessness, and have low, medium or high support needs. Residents are encouraged to take control of their lives and build on their skills and strengths.
- Staff on-site 24 hours a day
- Short-term supported housing for up to two years
- Communal lounge, training and activity rooms, kitchen and courtyard

Am I eligible?
To be eligible for a place at Defoe Court, applicants must:
- Be aged 16 to 25
- Be homeless, or at risk of homelessness
How do I apply?
We accept referrals from a range of agencies including, Surrey County Council Children's Services and Leaving Care teams, as well as Epsom and Ewell Borough Council. All support needs will be assessed before an application is accepted.
