About us
Located in a quiet area of Trowbridge, close to Southwick Country Park, Shaftesbury Court is a residential care home, consisting of 14 ensuite bedrooms in the main building and two adjacent bungalows.
We provide residential care and support for adults aged 18 to 65, who have a range of learning disabilities and physical disabilities.

Inspected and rated by the CQC
The Care Quality Commission (CQC) is the national independent regulator of all health and social care services in England.
They inspect and monitor care homes, nursing homes and supported housing where personal care is provided and produce reports about them, to help you find a service that suits you.

Am I eligible?
To be eligible for a place at Shaftesbury Court, applicants must:
- Be aged 18 to 65
- Have a learning disability or physical disability as their primary care need
- Require a high level of care and support
How do I apply?
To apply directly, please complete the enquiry form below and ask for an application form. We also accept referrals from Wiltshire County Council. All care and support needs will be assessed before an application is accepted.
