About us
Nickleby Road has 18 bedrooms spread across five shared houses and provides supported housing. Berwick Avenue has three bedrooms in a shared house, providing a short-term move-on service for residents who have lower support needs.
Staff support adults aged 18 to 65, with a range of learning disabilities.
- Staff on-site various hours every day, to suit residents’ needs
- Short-term housing related support and move-on service
- Communal lounges, kitchens, bathrooms, activity room and garden

Be referred with a care plan, support package and risk assessment

Live within the county of Essex

Be aged 18 to 65

Have a diagnosed or recognised learning disability
How do I apply?
To apply, please complete the enquiry form below and ask for an application form. We also accept referrals from Chelmsford Joint Referral Panel and adult social services.
All support needs will be assessed before an application is accepted.
